Antique Toy Steam Engines For Sale!!!

Nearly every collector begins his collecting efforts with a single toy steam engine. It is often a very special toy from childhood, a chance find in a tag sale or even an adrenalin filled buy, found on an online auction. However one starts out, it soon becomes an addiction that has no known cure. My own addiction to small steam engines began in an obscure rural junk shop where a small incomplete Jensen engine decided to follow me home. The rest.. as they say... is history.

I became aware of the continued existence of the Jensen Steam Engine Company while trying to locate parts to restore that first engine and I've been associated with the company ever since, as web master and later as sales manager. You'd think that would make me a rabid Jensen collector with at least one of each model known to exist, but one has to go where one's heart is. The handmade engines are my passion, although I do occassionally pick up a rare or unusual toy steam engine for the collection. The engines shared on this page are among my favorite toys and still provide many hours of fun.
